The Dream of Affordable Homeownership Awaits for First-Time Homebuyers

Future Affordable Homeownership Awaits

Branham Station Townhomes is VTA’s first affordable homeownership project, developed in partnership with Charities Housing. The community provides 45 townhomes near the Branham Light Rail Station and is designed exclusively for first-time, income-eligible homebuyers.

This upcoming planned unit mix consists of two collections:

3-bedroom Townhome
  • Approx. 1268 sqft
  • 31 Available
4-bedroom Townhome
  • Approx. 2121 sqft
  • 14 Available

*3 that are fully accessible

Designed to support long-term affordability, approximately 25% of the units are reserved for low-income residents earning 80% or less of the median income in Santa Clara County. The remaining units are being designed to be affordable to those households who are between 80%-120% of the area median income for Santa Clara County. This transit-oriented development offers a unique opportunity for residents to build equity while benefiting from easy access to public transportation and essential amenities.
