Branham Station Townhomes is VTA’s first affordable homeownership project, will be developed in partnership with Charities Housing to provide 45 townhomes near the Branham Light Rail Station. Branham Station is exclusively designed for first time, income eligible homebuyers.
This upcoming planned unit mix consist of two collections:

Designed to support long-term affordability, approximately 25% of the units are reserved for extremely low-income residents earning 30% or less of the median income in Santa Clara County. The remaining units are being designed to be affordable to those households who are between 80%-120% of the area median income for Santa Clara County. This transit-oriented development offers a unique opportunity for residents to build equity while benefiting from easy access to public transportation and essential amenities.
